Using the app
The app helps you decide which items to keep, which to let go and which to think over for 30 more days. The decisions are yours: the app only organizes the information you capture.
Your photos and data
The photos and data you capture are yours and are stored on your phone. You are responsible for the photos you take and for not capturing images of other people without their permission. We recommend making backups from Settings.
Your account
Creating an account is optional: it is only requested to publish your online catalog or to use your Pass on another phone. You are responsible for what is done with your account. You can delete it at any time from Settings.
Premium Pass
- The Pass lasts 30 days from purchase, is a one-time payment and does not renew automatically. Before buying you will see its price in your currency and what it includes.
- Payment is made by the App Store or Google Play with your store account, according to its policies.
- If you renew before it expires, the days add up: the new Pass starts when the current one ends.
- Refunds are handled by the store where you bought it (Apple or Google Play) according to its policies; we cannot issue refunds directly. If a purchase is refunded, the Pass and any rewards that depend on it are removed.
- Store codes and gifts are governed by the conditions under which they are given.
Your online catalog
With the Pass you can publish a catalog with the items you choose. Anyone with the link can see it.
- You are responsible for what you publish: only items you own and can sell, with real photos and honest descriptions and prices.
- You may not publish: illegal, stolen or counterfeit items, or replicas presented as originals; weapons, drugs or dangerous items; sexual, violent or offensive content; images of other people without their permission; third parties' personal data; or misleading information.
- You give us permission to store and show your catalog's content only so it works while it is published.
- We may hide or delete a catalog, or suspend an account, if it breaks these rules.
- Anyone can report a catalog by writing to hello@bryancode.dev with its link; we review it as soon as possible.
- If your Pass expires, the catalog stays visible for 7 days without editing, then it is paused and, if you don't renew, deleted after 90 days.
Sales and donations
Any sale, donation or exchange of items is an agreement between you and the other person. Payments and deliveries don't go through the app, we don't verify buyers or sellers, and we are not responsible for those transactions. We recommend meeting in public places and not sharing more information than necessary.
Invite and earn
- You earn 1 month of Pass for each person you invite, when they buy their own Pass and publish their catalog, after 7 days without a refund. Up to 12 months a year.
- The invited person gets 7 extra days when they publish their catalog, once per phone.
- If we detect cheating (for example, inviting yourself with another account), we may deny or remove rewards and suspend the account.
- We may change or end the program; rewards already earned will be honored.
Calculations and estimates
Frozen money, estimated resale value and recovered money are estimates based on the prices you enter. They are not a professional valuation and do not guarantee a sale price.
Availability
We may update, change or stop offering the app or some of its features. We do not guarantee that it will work without interruptions. We recommend not using it as the only place to keep important information.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided as is, and we are not responsible for indirect losses arising from its use or for what other people publish or agree to.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will update this document and the date above. If the change is significant, we will let you know in the app.
